Description

From a family growing grapes in Chablis since the 16th century, this estate is now run by Jean-Francois Bordet, who took over form his grandfather. He is pushing quality higher and higher, no longer cold-stabilizing the wines. The Fourchaume is clean, bright and very charming. This is rich and focused, with nice minerality and good finishing richness to balance it.
